### Who owns the code, and how do payments work?
You own 100% of the code, designs, documentation and accounts, and it all lives in your own repository and cloud from the first commit. Fixed-price projects are paid 50% at the start and 50% on delivery.

### What if something goes wrong?
You hear it from us first. We raise risks in the weekly demo, before they turn into delays, and agree any change in writing before it costs you anything. You own the code and accounts, so you are never locked in.

### How do we work across time zones?
