- Strategy (1-2 weeks): We map user flows and information architecture, and agree priorities with you.
- Design (3-6 weeks): We design screens in Figma, test them with real users and refine them in weekly reviews.
- System (2-3 weeks): We build a design system with components, tokens and guidelines your developers can use.

- PreLoved Baby Essentials: Mobile marketplace for second-hand baby products with in-app payments. Built with React Native, Firebase and Stripe.
- Investment Platform, Toronto: Beginner-friendly investment platform for a client in Toronto, Canada.
- Elite Quiz: Trivia app with AI opponents and AI-personalised question picks. Built with React Native and Socket.io for real-time play.

### Do we need research? We know our users.
You know them better than we do. Research is quick and focused, and it usually turns up one or two surprises that save weeks of building the wrong thing.

### Can you work with our developers?
Yes. We hand over specs and components in Figma, join sprint reviews and answer questions while they build. We can also build the product ourselves.

### Who owns the designs?
You own 100% of the design files, assets and documentation. We sign an NDA before you share anything.

### How do we give feedback across time zones?
We review designs with you every week during overlapping working hours, and you can comment in Figma any time. We reply within 4 hours on working days.
